FAQ's
1. What are the dates for the Global Youth Festival 2023?
The first event commences on 23rd December morning and the last event takes place on 25th December night. You may arrive by 22nd evening, post dinner, and depart by 26th morning, post breakfast. You are welcome to attend individual days if you are unable to attend the entire festival.
2. If I miss the Festival is it available to stream online at a later date?
The Global Youth Festival is an in-person experience, one must be physically present.
3. Does my registration include meals?
Registration includes all events, including the cyclothon and the cycle. Accommodation and meals are not included. You can buy meal coupons upon arrival for the entire stay period. Coupons for a particular meal will be available up to 6 PM the night prior.
4. Will I be able to participate in all event categories?
Yes. You can participate in all categories and experiences across all events.
5. How does this help me academically?
The Global Youth Festival hosts several Impact Projects to uplift tribal communities, animals and the environment. By incorporating aspects of Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS), this mega event provides opportunities for personal and interpersonal development, adding value to students’ resumes. It also fulfills the mandate for NAAC CRITERION 5.3, promoting value-based education for inculcating social responsibility with a holistic approach. Students will receive a certificate for 10+ hours of volunteering in addition to a letter of appreciation from our NGO Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care, which enjoys Special Consultative Status with UN ECOSOC. Additionally, participants will receive a special fundraising certificate for raising upwards of INR 5000 towards humanitarian causes.
6. Can I come to GYF with a group of my friends?
You may register as a group for the Global Youth Festival and avail bulk discount for the same. Stay can be allocated as a group. To register over 50 youth together please contact [email protected]
7. Are there any provisions to ensure my safety at the Global Youth Festival?
The Ashram premises include strict 24/7 surveillance by security guards and CCTV cameras. The ethos of the Ashram ensures gender-wise allocation of rooms and stay quarters for all attendees.

9. What does my fee include?
Your fee entails your entire experience of all activities & internal logistics during the Global Youth Festival - including but not limited to the Wisdom Masterclass, Impact Projects, Experience Workshops, GYF Concert, and sports.
